1. Scope of Services

TawjiHelp operates strictly as an educational consultancy and guidance service. Our mandate includes academic counseling, assistance with university application procedures (filling forms, submitting documents), and guidance on preparing visa application files based on current embassy requirements. We do not have any direct affiliation with embassies, consulates, or university admissions boards. Our role is advisory and supportive; we do not have the authority to grant admission or issuance of visas.

2. Visa Applications & Decisions

Our visa support service is limited to administrative assistance, document review, and interview preparation based on our experience and public information. We do not submit visa applications on behalf of the client unless explicitly stated for specific procedures where authorized. The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests exclusively with the relevant diplomatic mission (Consulate or Embassy). TawjiHelp holds no influence over this decision-making process. Consequently, TawjiHelp explicitly disclaims all liability for visa refusals, processing delays, or requests for additional documentation by authorities. No refunds will be issued in the event of a visa denial, as the service of guidance and file preparation has been rendered.

3. University Admissions

TawjiHelp commits to optimizing the student's application to maximize chances of success, including selecting appropriate programs and reviewing motivation letters. However, admission to any educational institution is at the sole discretion of that institution's admissions committee. Acceptance depends on various factors including academic performance, language proficiency, and capacity limits, which are outside our control. Therefore, TawjiHelp cannot guarantee admission to any specific university or program. A rejection by a university does not constitute a failure of service on our part.

4. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to provide complete, accurate, and authentic documentation as requested by TawjiHelp, universities, or consular authorities. The client bears full responsibility for the authenticity of all submitted documents (transcripts, diplomas, bank statements, etc.). TawjiHelp is not liable for any consequences, legal or otherwise, arising from the submission of fraudulent, falsified, or incorrect information. Furthermore, the client is responsible for adhering to all deadlines communicated by our team; failure to submit documents on time may result in application failure for which TawjiHelp is not liable.

5. Refund Policy

All fees paid to TawjiHelp for consultations, file processing, and guidance are non-refundable once the service has commenced. "Service commenced" is defined as the initial consultation or the first review of documents. Specific outcomes, such as obtaining a visa or university admission, are not guaranteed, and fees cover the time, expertise, and administrative work performed by our team, not the final result. In the event of a visa refusal or university rejection, no refunds will be granted.
